Project Co-ordinator/ Site Supervisor
Title : Project Co-ordinator/ Site Supervisor (Male)

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Holder or degree a plus
- Min 1 to 2 years experience in site supervision/coordination work at building construction (with plumbing and electrical knowledge)
- Experience in project design and implementation a plus
- Good command of both verbal and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
- Willing to work at irregular hours when necessary
- Able to work independently, self-motivated, honest, have good communication skill and strong problem solving skill
- Computer literate in MS Word / Excel / AutoCAD
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with project team in coordination on site
- Assist the team, where applicable, in the day to day duties of a project’s administration, preferably with hands-on experience
- Coordinate documentation, including plans and specifications with drafting department in drawing/plan preparation for Consultants, Main
- Contractor submission
Prepare project progress reports, delivery & installation schedule, O&M Manuals etc - Project implementation to ensure delivery & handover of project to meet contract deadline
- Liaison with Client, Consultants, Main Contractor, Sub-Contractors and Trade Suppliers and related Authorities
- Independent, pro-active and prepare to travel to different work site for execution of projects.

- Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical/ Electronic / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in the Food Service Industry or other field preferred
- Proficient in English both in written / spoken – essential.
- Ability to handle pressure and work independently & willing to travel when necessary
Responsibilities :
- Trouble-shooting skills in Electrical / Gas / Refrigeration equipment a plus
- To ensure all procedure and overall quality is maintained.
- To perform the preventive maintenance work according to the schedule.

Asst Project Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The Asst. Project Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of products or services
for project-based clients, such as contractors, developers, consultants, and corporate
accounts. This role focuses on kitchen equipment relationships, identifying new project
opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to project
completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within project markets (e.g.,
hotels, renovation, industrial projects). - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as developers,
architects, consultants, and contractors. - Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., technical, operations, logistics) to ensure
smooth project execution. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Attend site visits, meetings, and industry events to expand network and market
presence. - Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts.
- To assist in developing and implementing the sales initiative to increase sales
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related
field. - Proven experience in project sales, B2B sales, or construction-related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits within Malaysia
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of construction materials, M&E products, or industrial solutions.
- Existing network with developers, contractors, or consultants. Strong problem-solving and project coordination abilities.
- Knowing & able to read Auto-Cad will be added advantages
Credit Control & Accounts Receivable Executive
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing customer accounts, monitoring outstanding payments, ensuring
timely collection, maintaining accurate accounting records, and minimizing bad debts to support
healthy cash flow management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer account balances
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices from customers.
- Follow up on overdue accounts via phone calls, emails, and oƯicial reminders.
- Prepare and issue e-invoices, debit notes, credit notes, Refund Credit Note and
statements of accounts. - Reconcile customer payments and investigate discrepancies.
- Update accounting records accurately in the accounting system for collection from time
to time. - Coordinate with the sales and service departments regarding customer payment issues.
- Evaluate customer creditworthiness and recommend credit limits for new customer.
- Prepare monthly Accounts Receivable and collection reports for management review.
- Prepare and send to Customer the Statement of Account on monthly Basic
- Prepare Monthly Customer Aging by Salesman Report.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit purposes.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
- Liaise with external auditors and customers when necessary.
- Monitor overdue accounts and propose appropriate recovery actions.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable.
- Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of credit management practices.
- Experience in handling e-Invoicing and SST matters is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems.
