Project Co-ordinator/ Site Supervisor

Title : Project Co-ordinator/ Site Supervisor (Male)

Company : NKR Continental (M) Sdn Bhd
Location : Shah Alam, Selangor
Work Type : Full Tme
Salary Range : RM3,000 – RM4,500

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Holder or degree a plus
  • Min 1 to 2 years experience in site supervision/coordination work at building construction (with plumbing and electrical knowledge)
  • Experience in project design and implementation a plus
  • Good command of both verbal and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
  • Willing to work at irregular hours when necessary
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated, honest, have good communication skill and strong problem solving skill
  • Computer literate in MS Word / Excel / AutoCAD

Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with project team in coordination on site
  • Assist the team, where applicable, in the day to day duties of a project’s administration, preferably with hands-on experience
  • Coordinate documentation, including plans and specifications with drafting department in drawing/plan preparation for Consultants, Main
  • Contractor submission
    Prepare project progress reports, delivery & installation schedule, O&M Manuals etc
  • Project implementation to ensure delivery & handover of project to meet contract deadline
  • Liaison with Client, Consultants, Main Contractor, Sub-Contractors and Trade Suppliers and related Authorities
  • Independent, pro-active and prepare to travel to different work site for execution of projects.

Service Technician

Title : Service Technician

Salary Range : RM1,500 – RM3,000

Requirements :

  • Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical/ Electronic / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the Food Service Industry or other field preferred
  • Proficient in English both in written / spoken – essential.
  • Ability to handle pressure and work independently & willing to travel when necessary

Responsibilities :

  • Trouble-shooting skills in Electrical / Gas / Refrigeration equipment a plus
  • To ensure all procedure and overall quality is maintained.
  • To perform the preventive maintenance work according to the schedule.

 

Sales Chef (Application & Solution)

Title : Sales Chef (Application & Solution)

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Culinary School or related Training
    Institutions
  • Minimum 2 years experience in related field in Hotels/Restaurants with knowledge of
    Foodservice/Cooking/Culinary
  • Possess good command of English and communication skills with ability to speak Malay and Mandarin
    will be added advantage
  • Possess own transportation
  • Willing to travel

Responsibilities :

  • To promote and market related Commercial Foodservice Equipment
  • To be able to use Cooking Skills to work with the related Products
  • Responsible for Sales Processes during Customer visits
  • Required to execute Sales Activities with Subordinates
  • To make Sales Calls independently, follow up leads and referrals
Sales Development Executive

Requirements:

  • Degrees or Diploma in Sales/Marketing or equivalent with min 3 years working experience in the Food Service Industry or other related field.
  • Candidate with chef / cooking background is an added value.
  • Highly-motivated with the commitment & desire to achieve goals and targets through effective teamwork, willing to go miles and scale to achieve new heights.
  • Work independently with hands-on and results oriented, high level of integrity, good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Willing to adapt to changing market demands, resourceful, to work under pressure and meet the set deadlines.
  • Committed, dynamic individuals with good interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customers need, while co-ordinate the involvement of all necessary company personnel
  • Willing to travel within Malaysia.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and generate new business / market through strategic-based selling and managing relationships with key accounts & principals
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts of business trends to achieve sales revenue.
  • Work closely with management team to ensure that sales activity, focus, solutions expertise is maximized in the specific market segment or targeted accounts.
  • To assist in developing and implementing the sales initiative to increase sales.
  • Engaging in project management within key account to ensure smooth execution.
  • Delivering presentations & lead meeting within key account with principals.
